Yes. Our standard policy includes buildings insurance up to £200,000. This protects the structure of your park home against damage from fire, flood, storm, theft, vandalism, and impact. Accidental damage is also included as standard.
Yes. Contents insurance is included up to £50,000. It covers your furniture, electronics, clothing, and other personal belongings against fire, theft, storm, flood, and accidental damage. Transit cover is also included.
Yes. We include up to £750 for garden plants in the event of loss or damage caused by an insured event.
Yes. The policy provides cover up to £2,500 for contents left in the open, such as garden furniture or outdoor equipment, as long as they are within the boundaries of your park home plot.
Yes. Contents stored in outbuildings like sheds or storage units are covered up to £2,500 against risks like theft, storm, or fire.
Yes. Our policy includes up to £5,000 of personal possessions cover for items like jewellery, handbags, and phones while you're away from the park home.
Yes. If your park home becomes uninhabitable due to an insured event, we provide up to £80,000 to cover the cost of temporary accommodation.
Trace and Access is included up to £5,000. It covers the cost of locating and accessing the source of a leak or other problem, such as underfloor plumbing issues.
Yes. We cover the cost of replacing locks and keys up to £750 if your park home keys are lost or stolen.
