Holiday Lodge Public Liability Insurance from Quote Monkey

£2 Million Liability Cover Included as Standard

Every Quote Monkey holiday lodge insurance policy includes £2 million of public liability cover as standard. This essential protection helps cover the cost of legal claims if someone is injured or their property is damaged in connection with your lodge. Whether your lodge is used by family, friends, or paying guests, public liability insurance provides valuable peace of mind.

What Does Holiday Lodge Public Liability Insurance Cover?

Public liability insurance protects you against third-party claims arising from accidents involving your lodge or its surroundings. This might include injuries caused by slips or trips on your decking or pathways, or damage to neighbouring property due to dislodged roof tiles or falling branches.

For example, if a guest trips on a loose step or a piece of outdoor furniture causes injury, your policy helps cover compensation claims, legal fees, and other associated costs. Without this cover, you could face significant out-of-pocket expenses.

Why Is Liability Insurance Important for Holiday Lodge Owners?

Most UK holiday parks require owners to hold public liability insurance. This is especially crucial if your lodge is occupied by others, including family, friends, or holiday renters. With £2 million of cover included automatically, Quote Monkey helps you meet site requirements and stay financially protected.
